HOW TO ORDER

Your order may be placed via e-mail, fax, mail, or in person by telephone. You will find the addresses/phone numbers on the Order Form. In all cases, fill out the Order Form completely and transmit to us. To access our mail in/fax order form to print out click here.

WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU ORDER

Once your order is received at our facility, (if by e-mail, we will send an Order Confirmation to you including any questions we may have), your cookies will be baked the next business day following receipt, allowed to cool completely and shipped to you on the following day.

Orders to US addresses are shipped via US Mail or UPS Ground (be sure to include a street address for UPS) depending on weight and destination. The Shipping Charges below applies to US orders only.

Orders to International addresses are shipped via either Air Mail or UPS Expedited service depending on the package weight. Shipping charges are actual costs plus $5.00 export handling fees. We will contact you with the anticipated charges in our Order Confirmation.
